SHIPPING & PROCESSING
- Domestic (USA & Territories) Estimated 3 to 7 days after processing
- International temporarily suspended due to global shipping complications🙇
- Paper Goods Order [Flat Rate $2.00] Orders are uninsured and untracked by default as Letter Mail; you have the option to upgrade to a Package Order at checkout. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped. Limited to thin, paper items that fit within a standard mailing envelope.
- Package Order [Flat Rate $5.00] Orders are shipped with insured tracking by default. You will receive a notification email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Mixed orders will have redundant shipping refunded. For rigid or thick items; packed in a biodegradable mailer.
Orders are packed and delivered to the post office within 3 days of your purchase (or next closest business day). The post office has their own processing period before shipping your order. Delays outside of our control may occur; keep an eye out on our social media for general updates, or get in touch with us directly via the contact form!

By visiting or purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:
Terms & Conditions
- You must be purchasing as a legal adult.
- We can refuse or cancel orders; you will be refunded if we do so.
- All site content is copyrighted. Reproduction, AI training, or commercial use of any of our products or art is prohibited. All purchases are for personal use only.
Exchange & Refunds
- All sales are final for shipped orders. We are currently unable to offer returns; please be mindful when shopping, thank you!
- Refunds can be issued for unshipped orders; please contact us and provide documentation (order number/confirmation email, & name attached to order) if requesting a refund.
- Understand that orders in the hands of the post office are no longer within our protection. If your order has not been delivered within a week of the projected arrival, please contact your post office to submit a Missing Mail Search Request (insured & uninsured orders) or file a Lost Mail claim for reimbursement (insured orders). If you made an error inputting your address, please update us ASAP so we can catch it before shipping.

Privacy
We do not sell your information.
We collect the email, personal details, and shipping address you provide when you place an order. Your email and details are used only for order updates/tracking, and we share your shipping address with USPS and/or PirateShip to deliver your order. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information (please make a request through our contact form). Order records are kept for 7 years for legal and tax purposes.
